Farm Fusion is a homeschool enrichment program which integrates agriculture topics with academic lessons. A typical class day includes “Farm News”, an agriculture lesson, a story and art project that correlate with the lesson, activities and hands-on learning opportunities, and outdoor games as weather permits.
1st-3rd Grade – Tuesdays 9:00AM-11:30AM
4th-6th Grade – Thursdays 9:00AM-11:30AM
This class is an agriculture-based elective that includes farm topics and the integration of subjects such as math, science, grammar, art, and writing*. This year, we will focus on nutrition and overall health, which correlates perfectly with ag lessons on the farm!
*The writing assignments are to create a positive attitude toward writing, and any level of parental help or modification is fine. Farm Fusion is a great class for students of ANY academic level, even those just learning to read and write!
