Position: Part-Time Seasonal Educator

Compensation: $40 / hour

Location: Freebird Farm (Fayetteville, GA)

About the Opportunity

As our educational programs continue to grow, Freebird Farm is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, animal-loving educator to join our team for our upcoming seasonal sessions.

This is a unique, light part-time role designed for someone who loves early childhood education, nature-based learning, and the outdoors. You will work alongside our farm community to guide young learners and their families through interactive, hands-on agricultural and outdoor experiences.

Role Highlights

• Competitive Pay: $40 per hour / 7 hours per week
• Morning Schedule: Part-time morning blocks during our active fall and spring program weeks, with full winters and summers off.

Who We Are Looking For

• A warm, dynamic communicator who connects naturally with young children and their parents.
• Prior experience in early childhood, elementary education, nature schools, or homeschool settings is required.
• Comfort working outdoors in a very active farm environment.
